Why pools and fountains need different protection
Unlike surfaces that can be protected with a standard stain-resistant sealer, swimming pools and fountains require protective treatments with different characteristics. Why? Because in these settings the risks are not caused by staining substances spilled by accident, but by other factors.
The constant presence of water in contact with the material calls for a high-performance protector. The pressure and force of the water must be taken into account, and its very movement can sometimes cause corrosion. Salt water or chlorinated water also requires a treatment able to resist these components.
That is why we developed this line: additional protection specifically for fountains and swimming pools.
